Sessions for 2025 will be offered Monday through Friday on a weekly basis beginning on June 16, 2025 and will last through August 22, 2025. There will be different indoor activities based on the theme of the week and outdoor fun planned for each day.  There is an educational component to Oakwood Camp. Please use your best judgment to decide if this is the right camp for your child.

Where: Oakwood Learning Center, Rogers Park, and/or Victory Park.

 

When: June 16 - August 22, 2025

Who: Children must be 4 years old by the time camp begins and must be 100% potty trained.

 

What to bring: camp bag (provided), water bottle, snack, packed lunch, and sunscreen

*Please do not bring backpacks to camp.*

Times and Price:

9:00 am to 1:00 pm

$550/week ($475 for each additional sibling)

 

Space is limited and a waitlist will begin when the maximum number of 18 children is met. Please register as soon as you know your summer plans. A nonrefundable fee of $100 per camp session is required to reserve the spot and will be applied to the final payment. Sessions cannot be guaranteed until payment is received in full.​ Due to limited space, refunds will not be given once payment is received. Final payments are due on or before April 1st.

Oakwood participants wear blue pinnies outside for safety reasons and there is a 4 or 5 to 1 ratio of children to counselors. We do not tolerate potty talk, disrespect, hurting others, or deliberately not following directions. If the problem persists then we will ask that the child not attend. There will not be a refund given. Again, please use your best judgment to decide if this is the right camp for your child. We want everyone to have a positive and safe experience at Oakwood.

Typical Schedule:

9-10am: Themed activities in the center

10am-11am: Walk to park, eat snack, free play

11am-12:15pm: Themed activities in the center 

12:15pm-1pm: Lunch, free play at the park, dismissal
